ENDEAVOURS MARINE SUMMER PROGRAMME 2025
A summer programme on marine conservation and research for Grade 10 and above
The ENDEAVOURS MARINE SUMMER PROGRAMME 2025, with a focus on marine conservation & research, is a 7-day intensive programme in collaboration with Dakshin Foundation. Dakshin Foundation is a not-for-profit, charitable, non-governmental organisation committed to environmental sustainability and social justice.
Identifying the dearth of opportunities for young students on the cusp of their careers to engage with professionals and their practice before having to choose academic and/or career paths, the programme aims to provide students a platform to engage with working professionals, researchers and practitioners who can share practical knowledge and experiences from the field.
The programme aims to offer a glimpse of what goes on behind-the-scenes in a marine research and conservation organisation and enable students to broaden their understanding of the basics of conservation research through live interactive discussions, field visits and a personal project.
