About us

Dakshin Endeavours is a social enterprise that focuses on experiential and outdoor programmes for the student community. Designed to bridge the gap between the natural environment and young students, our programmes offer students an opportunity to explore the natural world and develop of sense of curiosity towards it.

To promote a sense of curiosity and develop sensitivity to the environment and communities that depend on it.

To promote sensory learning through experiential activities.

To aid in the development of one's relationship with the environment and understanding of complex human-environment relationships.

To promote critical thinking and collaborative learning among other 21st century skills.

Community

Our collaborative work creates opportunities for expert-guided visits to natural ecosystems, tour of local landscapes and other experiences in a sensitised manner, allowing students to absorb the social and cultural significance of a place along with that of the environment.
