A Social Entrepreneurship Summer School

Most school-level education about sustainability, entrepreneurship, and social impact stays safely inside the classroom, wrapped in case studies, slide decks, and hypothetical problems. Students leave with frameworks but no feel for the complexity of real-world trade-offs, no relationships with the communities they claim to care about, and no tangible proof of their ability to think, design, and act.

The ENDEAVOURS CHANGEMAKERS LAB is an answer to that gap. It  places young people inside the living, working economy of the Western Ghats, learning from cooperative farmers, tribal craft-makers and social entrepreneurs, thus challenging them to think, design and literally step into the shoes of a social entrepreneur themselves. Over the course of the summer programme, they will learn to observe communities, analyse real problems, design ethical solutions, and eventually pitch a community-driven venture idea to a panel of investors, founders, and experts. 

They will navigate real problems: how do you price fairly and survive as a business? How do you honour indigenous knowledge while building modern markets? How do you balance ecological conservation with community livelihoods? These are not textbook questions. They are the questions enterprises grapple with every single day.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

The programme is best suited for students from Grade 11 up to undergraduates and who are interested in real-world exposure to ethical businesses, community livelihoods, and sustainable innovation.
